Erika has been stretching her creativity by teaching herself how to make striped glass in her kiln. Ultimately she starts with a finished piece of glass that is about 8x8” that she starts cutting into. When her main project is done from the striped glass, she then takes the smaller leftover pieces to make additional goodies, hence the “one-off” title in the description! These are truly unique one-of-a-kind gems!
The striped glass alone takes 15+ hours to burn in the kiln and then the bowls take another two sessions of 14+ hours to burn. Use them for your rings or even as a dipping sauce for your favorite comdiments! No matter what, this little customizable gem is perfect for gift giving or simply keep it for yourself.
